What’s included

Our 3-day tour includes:

  • 2 nights’ comfortable B&B accommodation;
  • All travel on Lewis and Harris including pick-up from Stornoway or Tarbert ferry terminal, or airport (and drop-off, if required);
  • Dedicated guide.

Not included: Meals, ferry or plane tickets.

Terms and conditions

Booking. If you would like to book one of our tours, please get in touch. All the details are on the ‘Contact Us’ page. We will then be in touch to make the arrangements, and ensure that you get the most out of your trip. A 30% deposit is payable upon booking. The remainder will be payable 28 days before the first day of your trip. If you book less than 28 days before the first day of your trip, the full price will be payable upon booking. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.

Cancellations by you. If you wish to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit will be returned in full if you cancel 28 days or more before your trip’s start date. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 28 days before the start date.

Cancellations by Us. We will do our best to undertake all trips booked with us. However, we reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time for reasons outwith our control. If this occurs, a full refund will be made.

Bad Weather. Weather in the Hebrides can be unpredictable, so we reserve the right to amend your itinerary if the weather is likely to make certain activities dangerous or unpleasant. Bad weather may cause disruption to flights and ferry services, and Go Hebrides will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of such delays. Please make sure that your travel insurance covers you against these costs. We will only cancel a trip due to bad weather if the conditions make driving impossible. In such cases, a 50% refund will be made.

Travel to and from the Hebrides. The price of the holiday does not include the costs of travelling to and from the Hebrides. If you are unsure of the best way to get here, we will be happy to advise you of the available options. Please be sure to book plane and ferry trips in plenty of time, as routes can be very busy during the summer.

Risk. We always put client safety first, and will do our utmost to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip. All activities involve a degree of risk, and accidents do occasionally happen. It is up to you to ensure that you have the ability to undertake your chosen activities. Go Hebrides cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury that occurs, unless this is due to our negligence.

Insurance. All baggage, luggage and personal effects are at all times at your own risk, so please ensure that you have appropriate travel insurance. Remember to cover additional costs incurred if your travel to and from the islands is delayed (including your deposit in case you miss your trip for any reason).
